Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Hinesville Carpet and Flooring, 5392 W Oglethorpe Hwy, Hinesville, GA 31313 ("Sponsor"). The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who own a residential home located in Liberty, Long, Bryan, Chatham, Glynn, Wayne, or Tattnall County, Georgia. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and households are not eligible. Renters and non-homeowners may enter but are not eligible to receive the prize. The prize must be used for a home owned by the winner within the stated service area.

3. Entry Period

The entry period begins July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

4. Prize

One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize consists of up to 1,000 square feet of luxury vinyl plank flooring materials selected from the Sponsor's in-stock selection, provided to the winner at no cost.

Installation is not included in the prize. The cost of installing the flooring is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor's professional installation services are available to the winner at the Sponsor's standard rates, at the winner's option, but the winner is free to arrange installation independently.

The prize covers flooring materials only, up to a maximum of 1,000 square feet. If the winner's project requires more than 1,000 square feet, the free flooring will be applied toward the project and the winner is responsible for the cost of any additional materials. Flooring style and color are subject to in-stock availability. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $5,000. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

5. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the official entry form at hinesvillecarpet.com/giveaway-enter during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per household. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by anyone other than the entrant are void. Automated, bulk, or robotic entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Free alternate method of entry: To enter without using the online form, hand-print your full name, address, phone number, email address, and the words "Freedom 250 Giveaway" on a 3x5 card and mail it to the Sponsor at the address in Section 1. Mailed entries must be received by July 31, 2026. Limit one mailed entry per household.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about Monday, August 3, 2026 and will be conducted live on the Sponsor's Facebook page. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by phone and email using the contact information provided at entry, and may be announced publicly on the Sponsor's Facebook page. If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the drawing, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return tax documentation, such as an IRS Form W-9, prior to awarding the prize where required by law.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, photographs, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for technical failures of any kind. By entering, entrants release the Sponsor from any liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or installation of the prize.

10. Governing Law

This giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

11. Privacy

Information collected through entry is used by the Sponsor to administer the giveaway and to contact entrants about the giveaway and the Sponsor's flooring services. The Sponsor will not sell your information. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
